BOOKING

1 - Booking your transfer - Going to the airport

• Book online : www.supershuttle.fr up to 6 hours before your transfer, after that please call our call center +33 (0) 811 707 812 (from 8am to 9pm local time in France).
• At our counter in Geneva airport, you can buy your ticket directly.
• When booking online or in the call centre, pre-payment is required via our secured payment provider.
• After your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by Email which has all the relevant information: Date and schedule of your pickup - Confirmation number - Instructions for your departure and your arrival - Contact number for your questions or reservation modifications

2 - Arrival in Geneva Airport

If you have booked a private transfer/ exclusive ride, your driver will be waiting for you at the exit (after customs for an airport) with a sign of your name. 

For the Shared ride AIRPORT, please go check in at the SuperShuttle Counter located in the baggage claim area.

If our driver has not arrived within 15 min after the pick-up time, please call our 24/7h dispatch center +33 (0) 800 234 679.
